WATER RETENTION CONDITIONER is a deep penetrating conditioner that smoothes the cuticle and locks in moisture while creating shine. Lemongrass is an antioxidant, and astringent. It has freshening and cleansing properties which enhance the hair. Chamomile is an anti-inflammatory and antiseptic. It gives excellent sheen to the hair. Biotin aids in cell growth, which is needed for healthy hair. Vitamin E is a powerful antioxidant that protects the scalp from cell damage. Vitamin B5 (Panthenol) has thickening and strengthening qualities and adds sheen to the hair. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE After using HAIROBICS' WATER RETENTION SHAMPOO, massage a small amount of conditioner gently into the scalp. Work conditioner through to the ends and allow it to remain on the hair for approximately one minute. Then rinse through.
